Meet Lauren

Hailing from Knoxville, Tennessee and currently living in Williamstown MA, Lauren is a mother of two humans and two cats and wife to a carpenter/musician/artist. When not busy causing a ruckus with her family, playing Zelda, hiking or planning for the ongoing renovation of her home, you can find her in her kitchen. She works at Williams College as the Presidential Events Manager and is a part-time student at Berkshire Community College for the joy of learning.

Favorite Shindy Tradition: Unabashedly shopping for herself

Most Excited for this Year: Asking all shoppers to enter through the main, accessible entrance at Zion Lutheran Church. When all of us can enter a space through the same door, it really makes a difference for our entire community!

Meet Liza

A Berkshire County native with a deep appreciation for a sense of place, Liza is a dedicated parent and dog herder who also finds the time to be Integrated Services Manager at Pittsfield Outpatient Clinic. You can find Liza out and about in South County, usually at farmer’s markets, craft fairs and CSA pick-ups or at the Waldorf School where she is classroom parent.

Favorite Shindy Tradition: Watching what her mother lingers over and then swooping in on the perfect gift!

Most Excited for this Year: Preview Shopping Hour! Being able to offer our customers a more relaxed, first dibs chance to visit and shop with all the vendors on their list while to line outside gets bigger and bigger will be such fun for our dedicated shoppers!
